A Monday Teaser

I had a couple of glasses of water today instead of a couple extra cans of soda. I did not on the other hand ride my bike to work. I'd explain the details of why, but instead I will just say I ate some spicy food this weekend.

We started the week off with a bang at work, so no break and no walk for me. I just got back from the gym though after 32 minutes of listening to my favorite tracks from  Balance and Ruin. I am all covered in sweat, so I assume I was on the elliptical for that period, though the bliss of the music overwrote any other stimuli.

For Wildstar, all we have today is this photo.
